Mattress Cleaning Process
Step 1: Prep & Dry Vacuum Thoroughly
Using the upholstery attachment connected to our industrial protable machine to vacuum the entire surface:
- Top
- Sides
- Seams
- Underneath (if accessible)
This removes dust, dead skin cells, pet hair, and other debris to ensure a through cleaning.
Step :2 Pretreating The Mattress With An Emulsifier
Pretreating the mattress allows for the fibers to be surrounded in an emulsifying agent to allow the optimal clean.
For Biological Stains (urine, sweat, blood):
- A Deep clean and sanitizing process is reccomended.
- A Deep Clean includes the maintenance cleaning process as well as a deep clean with ezymes, anitmocrobials and sanitizing agents.
Step 3: Nuetralizing Rinse Clean
- This process consists of a rinse process with a nuetralized water/ steam
- This is a low moisture process to protect your mattress and assist the drying process.
- Allow a dry time of at least 2 hours.
Step 4: Santizing and Enzyme Process (if purchased)
- After cleaning the mattress and completing a thural dry vac process a santize and ezyme treatment is applied to your mattress to ensure a clean healthy sleep environment.
- This process is bes for organic staining. (blood, urine, presperation, milk, ect.)
Step 5: Drying Process
- Industrial grade air movers will be place surrounding your mattress to offer quick drying
- Most mattress will dry within One (1) hour after completion of job. However, please allow Two (2) hours to completly dry. Enhanced drying is offered and would need to be requested and extra fees apply. This process uses down draft fans in addition to the air movers to completely dry the mattress before leaving the job.
Step 6: Clean Up Process
Our Technicians clean up all equipment, ensure a clean environment, and wipe down any over spray for the different processes.
🗓 Recommended Frequency
- Vacuuming: Every 1–2 months
- Maintenance cleaning: Every 3–6 months
- Deep cleaning: Every 6–12 months
- Stain treatment: As soon as stains occur. Please contact us for stain removal and emergency clean up. (charges may apply)
